We understand that you may like to know more about how it all works, so we have put together a few of the most commonly asked questions we get asked. 

What is home staging? Home staging is the practice of strategically arranging and enhancing the visual appeal of a residential property to make it more attractive to potential buyers. The primary goal of home staging is to showcase the property's best features, create a welcoming and appealing ambiance, and help buyers envision themselves living in the space. This involves arranging furniture, decor, and other elements in a way that highlights the property's positive aspects while minimizing any potential drawbacks.

How long is the hire period? The minimum hire period is 4 weeks plus two free. Extensions are available if required for up to 4 weeks.

What if my property sells prior to the end of hire date? How fantastic! This is a sure sign that your sales team and property presentation investment have been successful. It doesn't get any better than this. Henceforth, we do not offer refunds for early returns.

Can I have input on what furniture is selected? We are experts at what we do and welcome your initial thoughts on the look, in collaboration with your agent. Beyond that, your trust in us to bring the vision to life is key in the success of our process.

What is your lead time? Lead times vary based on how busy the market is. Based on this, the more notice you can give us the more chance you have of getting your preferred date.

What insurance do you have? All of our stock is covered for theft and fire whilst it is in your property. Damage to our stock from misuse will fall into your responsibility to make good.

Can I help with the install? Due to health and safety regulations, we require you to be offsite or outside while the team do their magic.
